Careers - Business Development Representative

The Active Endpoints Business Development Representative is responsible for lead generation, cold calling, qualifying opportunities and setting appointments for Territory Managers. The right individual will aggressively call companies and create excitement about ActiveVOS.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and prospects based on defined criteria
  • Cold calling
  • Provide product information to prospective customers
  • Conduct research on accounts by using Google, LinkedIn, Jigsaw and other tools
  • Use CRM-Salesforce.com to track activities
  • Work to meet defined metrics goals

Required Skills and Experience

  • 0- 2 years sales/customer service experience
  • College diploma/university degree preferred
  • History of success (scholastics, sports, part-time employment, awards, etc.)
  • Positive "can do" attitude
  • Personable. We look for extremely extroverted personalities
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship build
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
