The Company Web server records visitor IP addresses and domain names for reporting and site usage analysis. This information is reported internally and then purged periodically. To keep you informed of the latest improvements and provide alerts, Company will send you e-mail and or mobile alerts. You may opt out of our marketing communications by clicking here. We may still email you about your account with us, your license for products and for product and service updates and information. If you later decide that you want to receive our marketing communications, you can request so by sending an email to info@activeendpoints.com.

Children Under 13 Years of Age

The Site is not intended to be used by users under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, please do not use our Site.

Right to Review, Correct and Delete User Information

If you provide us with User Information, you have the following rights with respect to that information:

Our Products

Our Sites give you the ability to download certain software products. Each of our software products is provided subject to the license associated with such product. The Company takes no responsibility for the performance or function of software products created by a third party. Software products created by the Company may collect certain file information, including file name and path name, status information regarding computers at different security levels and connection status, and server configuration information during your use of them. The types and amount of information our products collect usually can be configured based on your requirements during the installation process and can be updated after installation. We may use information collected by our products to improve our products. No end-user identifiable or computer identifiable information is collected by is transmitted to us at any time. Certain jurisdictions may have laws and regulations which impact your ability to collect and disseminate certain types of information including the types of information collected by our products. You should only use our products in compliance with such laws.

Changes to Policy

The Company will occasionally update this privacy policy. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of the privacy policy. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF ANY AMENDED TERMS.

The Company keeps prior versions of this Privacy Policy for five (5) years from the date of the most recent update. Prior versions of the Privacy Policy are available upon request to legal@activeendpoints.com.
